Returns & Refunds

30-day returns, in person

You can return new, unused and complete items within 30 days of pickup. Items must be in their original packaging. Returns are accepted in person at 202 Coley Farm Rd., Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526, 8 AM–5 PM or by appointment. Please bring your order number.

Restocking fees

Unopened items: no restocking fee.
Opened large items (rooftop tents, awnings, rugged cases and coolers): 10% restocking fee.

Final sale

Items that have been installed, mounted, wired or used.
Special-order items.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order at pickup. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us at pickup or email modernmetalworx@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to the products we sell. Contact us and we'll help you with a warranty claim.
