Pickup & Shipping

Pickup only for now – shipping coming soon

Go-MMX currently offers local pickup only. We are not shipping orders yet. Shipping is coming soon, and this page will be updated when it's available.

Pickup location and hours

202 Coley Farm Rd., Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Hours: 8 AM–5 PM, or by appointment.

How pickup works

• Choose Pickup at checkout.
• Wait for your "Ready for pickup" email before you come. Orders are usually ready in 1–2 business days.
• Bring your order number and a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order. If someone else will collect the order, email us their name in advance.
• For large items (rooftop tents, awnings, fire pits, cases, coolers, tires), please bring a suitable vehicle and straps to secure your load.

Holding period

We hold orders for 7 days after we send the "Ready for pickup" email. If an order isn't collected within 7 days, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
